For minors, this registration form must be filled out by parent or guardian. A spot is not guaranteed for minors, it is helpful to first consult staff and teaching team, more information will be needed. Please contact guestservices@bigbearretreatcenter.org to coordinate more. For participants under the age of 18, the parent or guardian, by acknowledging the terms of this registration, also consents to the release and he or she or they agrees that this release shall be binding upon him or her or they as the parent or guardian as to registrant and their estate, heirs, personal representatives and assigns. The parent or guardian also promises, by signing by completing this form to defend, indemnify and hold Big Bear Retreat Center harmless from any claim asserted by participant against Insight Adventures LLC, including its owners, officers, employees, agents, consultants, and/or advisors. If participant should repudiate this release after obtaining adulthood.
