Pablo Das

Pablo Das is a secular Buddhist teacher living in Los Angeles who offers a non-dogmatic, street level delivery of Buddhist principles and practices. He currently teaches at InsightLA. He was an original member of the New York City Dharma Punx sangha and was trained as a founding member of the teachers council at Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society in Los Angeles. He is a practitioner of Somatic Experiencing, a body centered trauma resolution system and spent a decade assisting professional S.E. trainings. He has maintained a 1 on 1 coaching practice for over two decades. He is 21 years sober in a Buddhist, trauma centered model for recovery from addiction and was a founding member of the treatment team at Refuge Recovery, a Buddhist addiction treatment center in Los Angeles. His Buddhist recovery story is published in the book “Refuge Recovery”. He is a life long musician and an audio engineer in training. He is a lifelong member of the KISS army.
