
Radhule Weininger
Radhule Weininger, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist in private practice and the founder of the non-profit organization Mindful Heart Programs. She has been a student of mindfulness, compassion, and non-dual awake-awareness practices, as well as Buddhist psychology, since 1981. Under the guidance of Jack Kornfield, she has been teaching since 2001. Her published works include “Heartwork: The Path of Self-Compassion” and “Heart Medicine: How to Stop Painful Patterns and Find Freedom and Peace at Last.” Her forthcoming book, “Healing Spiritual Homesickness: How Resting in Loving Awareness Can Help Us Thrive and Serve,” will be published in 2026. In addition to her interests in meditation, Dr. Weininger is a Jungian therapist, trained in Embodied Imagination dreamwork. Alongside her husband, Michael Kearney—an author and physician—she has taught caregivers self-care and deep resilience locally and internationally for over twenty years.
