The Still Point is a five-day guided silent retreat for people whose days are made of notifications, meetings, and noise. From Thursday afternoon through Sunday noon, guests set aside their phones and conversation and settle into a slower rhythm shaped by the mountains. It’s an invitation to stop performing and simply notice.

Each morning begins with guided meditation as light comes up over the ridge, followed by a quiet breakfast. Late mornings bring mindful movement: gentle yoga in the lodge or a slow hike through the forest. Afternoons are open for rest, journaling, or reading outside. Evenings close with a short reflection and candlelit meditation.

Silence isn’t isolation. Facilitators offer brief one-on-one check-ins each day, and written notes are always welcome if something needs saying. Meals are served family style from seasonal ingredients and eaten slowly, without the pressure of small talk.

On Saturday evening, the group breaks silence together in a guided sharing circle, making space to name what surfaced before heading home.

No meditation experience is needed. The retreat welcomes first-timers and longtime practitioners alike; every session is optional, and guests are encouraged to move at their own pace.
